SCIENCE FAIR: MAKE SURE TO SIGN UP!
The 2021-2022 Science Fair is here! This is open to all students K-5. This is your chance to test a topic, and teach your classmates and teachers all about it! You can even get the family involved! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED NEXT COUPLE WEEKS
1) MOBCE Hour of Code (on campus, in classroom): Volunteers needed!! Hour of Code is back in person. Please volunteer to support between 12/6-12/13.

2) Room Clean Out/Organization Projects (on campus): The school could use more space and extra hands are needed to make this happen on 12/7, 12/14, 12/16! 👉SIGN UP HERE!
3) Enrichment Clubs (on campus, in classroom): Clubs are back and club leaders need your help in assisting the kids on campus. K & 3rd will have clubs the first Friday of the month, 1st & 4th the second Friday of the month, and 2nd & 5th the third Friday of the month. 👉SIGN UP HERE!

Choose An Hour Between December 6th Through 13th
Let’s reach every Billingsville and Cotswold student by teaching
the basics of coding in a fun easy way for 1 hour.
NO coding experience needed!
Male and Female volunteers are appreciated.

- Sign up for a class on Sign Up Genius
- Preview the campus appropriate coding game/lesson ahead of time:
• Billingsville Campus suggestion
• Cotswold Campus suggestion
• Other modules available here - On December 6th through 13th, one volunteer per class will facilitate the Hour of Code in person in STEAM class by:
- Talking a few minutes about why computers are important
- Showing the following video (alternative videos are available on the HOC website) to get people excited:
- Running through the module (Steam teacher will be present and can help facilitate)
- Have fun! Other useful information and tools, Take some time to prepare ahead of the class.
