The Dottie Rose Foundation recently hosted our fifth grade girls for a Binary Bling program where the girls learned to write and understand Binary code. Once they understood the code, the girls used bead kits to create their “binary bling” in the form of bracelets with a special meaning. Visit dottierosefoundation.org to learn more!

November Staff Members of the Month
Congratulations to Ms. Wagner and Ms. Perrett, our November staff members of the month!
Highlights from your nominations:
Ms. Wagner (First Grade Teacher): “Ms. Wagner is new to our school but she is such a friendly face it seems like she has been here forever. She keeps her students engaged and happy. She is also communicative with parents” and “Ms. Wager has inspired my daughter to read aloud, which she rarely wanted to do before. Our family is grateful for Ms. Wagner!”
Ms. Perrett (5th Grade Teacher): “Ms. Perrett has been a wonderful addition to our school. She has high expectations for student achievement and demonstrates the classroom management and content knowledge of a veteran teacher. She is an advocate for her students and uses her background in lacrosse to introduce the sport to students beyond her class through coaching Elementary and Middle School programs. We are fortunate to have her at Cotswold!”
To celebrate, each of you will receive a gift card to your favorite store and from local partner, The Butler’s Pantry. Thanks for helping to make BCE such a special place!
