It’s time to recognize the November staff members of the month. Do you know of any BCE staff members that have done an outstanding job over the past month? Please use the google form or mailto:BCEnominations@gmail.com to share why you are nominating a teacher or staff member. Help us let our awesome staff members know how THANKFUL we are for them!

Thank YOU, Pledge for Paws All-Stars!
You did it! Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve reached our goal of $45,000 raised through Pledge for Paws! It’s been an amazing response and we’re so grateful for how this community has come together to support our teachers, students and families.
There’s always more we can do to maintain a thriving school, so we don’t want to stop now! If you haven’t yet contributed, we’re continuing the campaign through Giving Tuesday, Nov. 28. And we’re offering grade level participation prizes:
- First place: Extra recess
- Second place: Pajama day
- Third place: A sweet treat
Congratulations to Nicholas Mangiaracina for winning this week’s raffle prize of front row seating for his family at 5th grade graduation! Contribute today to continue our meaningful impact on students, teachers and staff!
BCE Staff Pie Day!
We are delighted to continue our tradition of giving every Billingsville-Cotswold Teacher and Staff Member a pie for Thanksgiving. Please consider sponsoring a pie for just $8 per pie or volunteer to distribute pies on Nov 21 from 10:30am – 12:30pm via ParentSquare.
Volunteers Needed for Hour of Code Dec 4 to 11!
Every December, millions of students around the world take part in the Hour of Code. This international campaign aims to demystify coding and encourage learning in computer science. Help us reach every BCE student by running a class on the basics of coding in a fun and easy 1-hour session. Volunteers will lead students in a STEAM class December 4 to 11. Biztown is BACK!
Our fourth grade students spent several weeks of classroom learning preparing for an unforgettable experience at Junior Achievement’s simulated city, BizTown. Students had the chance to discover careers, build financial skills, collaborate with classmates, exercise civic duties, invest in the community, and more! Special thanks to our 4th grade teaching team, attending staff and volunteers for helping make this an experience BCE 4th graders will draw on for the rest of their lives.
