The Carnival is back after a 2 year hiatus! This is the largest event PTA hosts for our school community and it cannot happen without your help. We need volunteer Amusement Attendants in 1.5 hour shifts. Amusements include bounce houses, obstacle courses, crafts, and face painting. All volunteers will receive a free t-shirt! Also remember to purchase your wristbands ($5 per child) in advance to help us plan for attendee numbers.
The Used Book Fair for Billingsville Campus is fast approaching and we need gently used children’s books. Please help us with this exciting event by donating books. For every 10 books a child donates, they will receive a ticket for one free book $1 or less at the fair. Deadline for sending in books is May 17th.
We’re having a beautification event at the Cotswold campus on Wednesday, March 30, at noon. Gather on the soccer turf. Bags for litter pickup will be provided, but please bring gloves if you have them. Questions? Contact Heather Renfroe

This spring the campus beautification committee will be hosting events on early release days. Our first event will be Wednesday, 2/9 at Billingsville. We are looking for parent volunteers to assist on campus with Cougar Folders (Friday mornings) and Teacher & Staff Copy Needs (Tuesdays and Thursdays). If you have time, view SIGN UP and volunteer.
