Boosterthon Fun Run is Tomorrow March 19th!

Students from both campuses will participate on the Cotswold campus. We have currently raised $16,900 for onsite programming, tutoring programs and field trips.  Donate TODAY at MYBOOSTER.COM to help reach our goal of $30,000. Parents are invited to volunteer at the event, or come cheer the kids on.

Run times are as follows (all on the Cotswold campus):

1st/2nd: 9:30am 

K/3rd/K-2 EP: 10:30am

4th/3-5th EP: 12:30pm

5th: 1:30pm

Our Cougar community came through! Thanks to your generosity, the Pledge for Paws fall fundraising campaign raised an impressive $49,000 – wow! Congratulations to the top three grades with the highest participation! 

  • First place: Kindergarten – extra recess
  • Second place: 2nd grade – pajama day
  • Third place: 4th grade – Rice Krispie treats

And congratulations to Daniel Valenzuela for winning our final raffle prize of two tickets to a Charlotte FC game! A special shout out to all our raffle prize donors: the Alvey family, Charlotte Checkers, Charlotte Knights, For Goodness Cakes, the Heintz family and Toy Mania. We’re so grateful for your generosity and support. 

Our BCE families are one of the many reasons our school is so special. Our sincerest thanks for making a meaningful impact on students, teachers and staff this year and beyond!

Pledge for Paws on Giving Tuesday

Today is the last day to donate to BCE’s fall fundraising campaign, Pledge for Paws, and it’s a race to the finish line! The top three grades with the highest donor participation will earn a prize:

First place: Extra recess

Second place: Pajama day

Third place: A sweet treat

You did it! Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve reached our goal of $45,000 raised through Pledge for Paws! It’s been an amazing response and we’re so grateful for how this community has come together to support our teachers, students and families. 

There’s always more we can do to maintain a thriving school, so we don’t want to stop now! If you haven’t yet contributed, we’re continuing the campaign through Giving Tuesday, Nov. 28. And we’re offering grade level participation prizes:

So many BCE All-Stars!

Thanks to your generosity, BCE’s fall fundraising campaign has raised more than $40,000 – wow! We’re getting closer to our goal of $45,000 to support a thriving community through academic enrichment programs, staff appreciation, campus improvements, family engagement events, and so much more!
 
We’re just two months into the school year and we’ve already enjoyed Rising Kindergartners Popsicle Play Date, Donuts with MOBC, Boy’s Choice Night, two Parent Socials, MOBC Movie Night, and Fall Parties, all brought to you by the PTA. And we’re just getting started! Consider a tax-deductible donation to ensure we can offer opportunities to connect our students and families.
