Jan 9 is the first Dominos Spirit Night of the year! Save money and time on dinner plus support our school. ORDER carry-out or delivery from Dominos Cotswold. Our school will receive 10% of all sales 5-9pm. Your kids and school thank you for making it a Pizza Night. 🍕

Be Volunteer Aware

Looking for a way to support our teachers and staff in and out of the classroom? Join the “BCE Volunteers Group” https://www.parentsquare.com/schools/12386/groups/529727/feeds on Parent Square. Regular volunteer needs will be posted in this group throughout the year. Remember, registering as a CMS Volunteer https://www.cmsvolunteers.com/ speeds up your check-in process at school events, and creates a safe environment for our students. Picture: This Garden Quilt was completed by Mrs. Gignoux, Cotswold students, MPPC and parent volunteers. Students helped to dye all of the cloth, added texture and designs to the cloth by stamping and arranged all of the pieces to create the sky, grass, flowers and the word imagine.

Thursday, January 4th Math-a-Thon in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Students will solve math problems and ask for pledges, so we can help kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases. https://www.stjude.org/get-involved/school-fundraising-ideas/mathathon.html Search for Billingsville Cotswold. Then, you can register and collect donations for our BCE Math-a-Thon!

Friday, January 5th Science-a-Thon. Students will take action through scientific inquiry, explore concepts, and engage in a variety of experiments and hands-on activities throughout the day.

Hour of Code

Earlier this month, the Men of Billingsville-Cotswold organized our annual International Hour of Code 💻 and it was a big success. A special thank you goes out to Ms. Lewis, Ms. Pittman and Ms. Lock for working with MOBC and parent volunteers on this important project that creates globally minded learners.
