SAVE THE DATE: BOOSTER COUGAR FUN RUN KICK-OFF ON 3/16

We’re less than 2 weeks away from our Billingsville-Cotswold Cougar Fun Run! Our goal is to raise $25,000 for staff appreciation activities, playground updates and other BCE community needs. Here is a quick video overview of our fundraising program. We want all families to get registered by March 16th!  Log on to MYBOOSTER.COM today and enter your family’s details. Save the date for THE MOST FUN – 03/24 during school hours. Families are encouraged to attend. More details to come! 

SAVE THE DATE: MOTHER/SON EVENT – NINJA NATION

Save-the-Date for our Mother/Son Event! On April 1st from 5-7 PM at the Cotswold Campus, all BCE Ninja Warriors are invited to join us as we tackle the Ninja Nation Mobile Obstacle Course. It will be a night full of challenges and fun! Registration information will be sent home in cougar folders, and posted on Parent Square, the week of on March 7th.

CAMPUS BEAUTIFICATION – THANK YOU & SAVE THE DATE

We want to give a big “Thank You” to everyone who helped make Billingsville shine at our 2/9 campus beautification event. Who knew collecting sticks and litter could be so much fun? Our next event will be at noon on 3/9 at the Cotswold campus. Look for the signup in the coming weeks!

STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK

Let’s prepare to spoil our amazing staff this week! See below for daily themes.

  • Monday: Show your teachers LOVE with a special surprise
  • Tuesday: Bring a school supply for your teacher – Supply Wish Lists linked here!
  • Wednesday: Air hugs and high fives to all of our teachers and staff!
  • Thursday: Add to your classroom library by donating a new or gently used book.
  • Friday: Create handmade cards for our wonderful teachers and staff!

STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK SUNDAY KICKOFF EVENT

Spirit Rock – Calling all artists!! The Staff Appreciation Committee is looking for volunteers to paint the spirit rock at both campuses with a special thank you message to our teachers and staff on Sunday, February 13th from 1:00-2:30 PM. Paint will be provided. If interested, email Leslie Hunt at Lesliepp@hotmail.com

NEW! SPIRIT WEAR SATURDAYS STARTING 2/5

The first Saturday of each month is being designated School Spirit Saturday! Show your Cougar Pride and our presence in the community by wearing your school spirit gear!! Beginning Saturday, February 5, BCE Families (adults too!) are encouraged to wear their BCE school spirit gear. Take a picture! Look for other Cougars and take a picture together!! Post your pictures on social media using #BCECougarPride.
