HARRIS TEETER: Link or Re-link your Harris Teeter VIC Card to Billingsville-Cotswold Elementary (#1772). Cards must be re-linked every year and can be done during checkout, online, or at Customer Service. If placing orders online, make sure you log into your VIC account to earn for BCE!

PUBLIX: Create an online account at Publix.com and select Billingsville-Cotswold Elementary as your Publix Partner. If you already have an account, make sure to annually re-link to Billingsville-Cotswold Elementary under Publix Partners. Please enter your phone number at checkout to earn for BCE!

  • AMAZON SMILE: Visit https://smile.amazon.com, select “Billingsville-Cotswold Elem School PTA” as your charitable organization to receive donations from your future eligible AmazonSmile purchases. NOTE: Only purchases from smile.amazon.com or with AmazonSmile activated in the Amazon app are donations sent to BCE. In the app, select main menu (bottom right corner), Gifting & Charity and tap “AmazonSmile”. Then select Billingsville-Cotswold Elem School as your charity and follow the instructions on how to activate AmazonSmile on the app. Please note that the charity name may appear as PTA North Carolina Congress when placing an order.
  • BOX TOPS: Please download the Box Tops app to scan store receipts and click here to learn how to get Box Tops credit from online orders. If you have clipped Box Tops, please send them with your kids to school, and they’ll be picked up in the PTA room.
